Project

Aguakan

Target

Aguakan is responsible for operating the potable water, sewage and sanitation services in the municipalities of Benito Juárez, Isla Mujeres, Solidaridad and Puerto Morelos.

Our main focus was to develop a comprehensive platform that would allow Aguakan users to easily access queries, contracting and payments. We made sure to maintain a high level of accessibility to guarantee the comfort and satisfaction of our users at all times.

The Challenge

Optimize the typical procedures of a conventional office through the implementation of a Virtual Office. This provides greater transparency in consultations, improves the management of requests and fosters greater organization.

Our focus is on creating an exceptional user experience, where customers can intuitively identify the various service modules. We want to ensure that every interaction is smooth and satisfying, making it easy to navigate and get the most out of our services.

SPARKLABS Proposal and Solution

We have developed a customized solution called Virtual Office, which centralizes all consultation services, applications, appointments and payments in one place.
