The purpose is not only to implement Prestashop, but also to ensure a substantial improvement in the usability, accessibility and functionality of this ecommerce. With this implementation, we seek to offer customers a more intuitive, attractive and efficient online shopping experience, thus consolidating our commitment to excellence in customer service and strengthening our position in the digital market.

The Challenge

The primary challenge was establishing a seamless connection and synchronization with ERP inventories. While we successfully managed our platform on PrestaShop, ensuring flawless integration with the inventories proved to be a complex undertaking. Achieving smooth and accurate distribution across various branches was crucial to provide customers with consistent product availability and up-to-date information. This, in turn, enhances their shopping experience and fosters greater loyalty towards La Naval.
